Utilicast was selected by an Eastern investor-owned utility to provide consulting services in support of their transition from a combined SCADA system into two separate SCADA systems: Transmission SCADA (with EMS) and Distribution SCADA (with OMS), as well as the required EMS upgrade and OSI Open AAR module.
Utilicast will provide project management and technical leadership, design and integration support, testing, change management and training, as well as advisory / SME support services through deployment and stabilization.
