Our Board

Mr. Heldt is a Sales Director at Workday where he leads sales and business development activities for the organization. He has more than 25 years of experience implementing and managing enterprise software applications. His sales, marketing and management experience in a service industry provide critical insight for the Utilicast Advisory Board.

Mr. Busser is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership in the utility, energy, and diversified services sectors, including executive positions at El Paso Electric, KCP&L and Evergy. His deep expertise in financial management, enterprise risk oversight, regulatory strategy, capital budgeting, and corporate governance, as well as his unique insight into the utility client experience is a valuable perspective for the Utilicast Advisory Board. Steve also serves on the board of Guadalupe Centers in KC as the Treasurer.

Mr. Resnick is the chairman of the Board of the accounting services firm, KSM (Katz, Sapper, and Miller) where he was managing partner for nearly 20 years. In addition to serving on Utilicast’s Advisory Board, Mr. Resnick currently serves on the boards of Indiana Landmarks, University of Indianapolis (currently serving as chair of the board of trustees), IU Health Philanthropy Council, Beth-El Zedeck Foundation (previously serving as chairman), and WFYI Foundation (previously serving as board chair). Mr. Resnick also serves on the board of the United Way of Central Indiana as an emeritus director (previously serving as board chair). He brings both practical financial perspective and broad experience in Board service to the Utilicast Advisory Board.
