Utilicast will provide a program delivery manager and project management team who will oversee Markets program initiative for a Central regional transmission organization. This team will oversee the program delivery, providing organization structure to lead the coordination with staff and vendors across the lifecycle of the Markets+ and RTOx implementation. This includes coordinating roll-out, testing, market trials, and communication/dashboard reporting.
Utilicast will continue to provide ADMS SI services and data mapping and preparation in support of a Central electric transmission and distribution utility’s ADMS implementation.

Utilicast will serve as System Integrator for a Pacific public power company’s EIM/EDAM implementation.
A Central private utility’s implementation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Gas Management System (GMS) is critical to their energy operations. Utilicast will support their implementation efforts and provide guidance on the configuration, testing, and integration of SCADA/GMS systems o ensure operational efficiency and alignment with their objectives. Utilicast will serve as a strategic and technical advisor, providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to guide system design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer.
A Central municipality has selected Utilicast to support their effort to onboard C-SMART gas meters to PI QAS as part of the proof-of-concept phase and provide documentation to support future meter onboarding.
Utilicast will assist a Pacific municipality with settlements and financial management, market development and EDAM implementation, and training and knowledge transfer.
A Mountain municipality selected Utilicast to support their PCI testing, market trials, project management, and general readiness for participation in SPP’s RTO West.
Utilicast is performing testing of the EMS upgrade from EMP 3.2 to EMP 3.2 for a Pacific investor-owned utility. Testing will cover pre-SAT, SAT, UAT, and Parallel Operations.
Utilicast was selected to provide project manager and project analyst services for an Eastern public utility, supporting Generation IT applications during a merger of two of their entities.
Utilicast will support renewable owner/developers with interconnection and transmission service-related strategy, analyses and other support work for renewable energy development projects in the WECC for a private Pacific utility. Support activities include power flow studies to determine possible interconnection locations for the projects, including an analysis of MW injection limits at different interconnection locations, as well as a high-level estimates of transmission expansion/network upgrades required for interconnection, considering higher queued generation interconnection requests.
