Utilicast will provide project support, assistance drafting software requirements, vendor contracting support, review of software designs, and testing services to implement new software capabilities in support of a Mountain investor-owned utility’ entry into SPP Markets+. Utilicast will also assist by providing subject matter expert support for the definition or update of relevant business processes, asset registration, and additionally will help with training material development and limited delivery assistance, go live support, and temporary post go live support.
Utilicast will provide a Cybersecurity Audit Report for a Central cooperative to support their understanding in non-technical terms and future cybersecurity framework.
Utilicast was selected to perform a CIP and Operations Mock Audit for a Central municipality as they prepare for a 2026 NERC TRE audit.
Utilicast was selected to develop and deliver customized training content based on the OSI OTS system model in use and conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions for a Central municipality’s Operations Engineers.
Utilicast will support the migration of OSI Chronus product to Aveva PI as part of EMS Upgrade support for a Pacific municipality.
Utilicast will support BA Readiness for a Central public utility through SCADA/ICCP, FED, Display, and Checkout testing within OSI Monarch – gas and electric.
Utilicast was selected by an Eastern investor-owned utility to support the implementation of their Distribution Management System (DMS) as part of their Grid Modernization. This includes Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Switch Order Management (SOM), Fault Location Isolation and Restoration (FLISR) as well as other potential capabilities such as Distribution Operator Training Simulator (DOTS) and Volt Var Optimization (VVO). Utilicast will service as strategic and technical advisor in support of this project.

An investor-owned Central utility is pursuing consulting support for the development of SCADA/GMS software vendor Request for Proposal (RFP). The scope includes development of an RFP including technical and business requirements, evaluation of scoring criteria, facilitating demonstrations, supporting the selection and contracting phase. Utilicast shall provide consulting services to execute the activities and complete associated deliverables.
Utilicast will continue to support a Pacific investor-owned utility with its EMS upgrade project. Utilicast will focus on SAT, UAT, parallel operations, go-live planning, and operations support.
Utilicast will conduct a Gap Analysis for a public Pacific utility’s OATT Lite. Utilicast will support Expectation setting for Efforts, Schedule, and Costs. This effort will be strategically significant in parallel with and affecting EDA implementation.
