A Mountain investor-owned utility’s is migrating their IVVC to ESRI Utility Network (UN) and implementing Aspen Tech Electra OMS. Utilicast will support migrating the IVVC functions to UN, transferring the front end to Electra eMAP, providing a platform for continued work on advanced applications such as FLISR, and support the convergence of the IVVC and OMS platforms.
