Ms. Nguyen has over a decade of experience implementing real-time operational technology systems, including EIM, SCADA/ADMS, and OMS. She has provided technical leadership in implementing VVO and ADMS systems, led business process redesigns to facilitate the use and operation of new systems, and led testing and cut-over activities across multiple deployments.
