Ms. Nguyen has over a decade of experience implementing real-time operational technology systems, including EIM, SCADA/ADMS, and OMS. She has provided technical leadership in implementing VVO and ADMS systems, led business process redesigns to facilitate new systems' use and operation, and led testing and cut-over activities for multiple deployments.
