Ms. Meinert is an experienced change manager, project manager, and communications and training specialist. She empowers stakeholders to inform and adopt process improvements and system enhancements through structured and creative engagement. Her grid modernization work includes Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Field Area Network (FAN), Outage Management System (OMS), and SCADA Split implementations, as well as portfolio communications. She has worked closely with both represented and non-represented teams and has focused on North America.
