Through creative engagements and communications, she empowers stakeholders to inform and adopt process improvements and system enhancements. Her grid modernization work includes Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) and Field Area Network (FAN) implementations and portfolio communications. She has worked closely with both represented and non-represented teams and has focused on North America.
