Tammy Okubo
Tammy Okubo has over 15 years of experience in the power industry. During her career she has been an integral resource in supporting Advanced Applications throughout projects like an EMS upgrade, SE/RTCA and ADMS implementations. During the ADMS implementation, she successfully led the distribution power flow (DPF) initiative and presented her methodology at AspenTech's 2024 Optimize conference. When Tammy wasn't working on models, she spent her career supporting real-time operations with operational planning analyses, outage coordination, reviewed/wrote switch orders, and provided real-time engineering support. Ms. Okubo's background gives her a unique ability to build the bridge between people and technology.
