Sowm Bhardwaj has 20 years of experience leading high-visibility, complex transformation initiatives to help energy companies enter and operate in organized wholesale electricity markets.
She has led ISO/RTO market-entry engagements across MISO, CAISO, SPP, and ERCOT, including vendor selection, RFPs, agreements, redesigning business functions and processes, configuring ETRM software, and driving clients to on-time go-live. Her work spans the market-operations lifecycle: FERC and NERC CIP regulatory compliance, enterprise technology design and implementation, settlements, generation interconnection, and process improvement.
She brings deep, product-level knowledge of PowerCosts (PCI), OATI, and Adapt2 platforms, having worked from both the software-provider and client sides, and is effective in agile and waterfall environments.
BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and Chicago Booth MBA enable her to bridge technical depth and executive strategy.
