Mr. Ryan Sylvia is an executive, senior-level consultant specializing in regulatory compliance, information security, and executive management. He has designed, implemented, operated, and assessed multiple NERC CIP compliance programs in various regions with a focus on secure network architectures, cybersecurity policies/processes/procedures, risk assessments, cyber vulnerability assessments, information governance, internal controls, and reference documentation based on NIST SP 800-53, NIST CSF, ES-C2M2, and NERC CIP versions from as early as version 2 to present day.
