Mr. Miller is passionate about driving change within electric utilities and electric power markets. He has delivered a broad spectrum of programs and assisted clients in positioning themselves to take full advantage of new opportunities. Mr. Miller has a deep knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of energy solutions, leading projects spanning operations and settlements. His roles include program and project management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, market design, long-range planning, release management, testing/quality assurance, requirements development, training development, process improvement, and data analytics.
