He has a proven record in project management, delivering projects ranging from engineering and construction projects to software implementations. Robert has extensive knowledge of system implementations and support, which has put his PMP certification to skillful use. He has participated in the completion of multiple projects involving procurement, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Mr. Mahoney has worked with PMBOK and Agile I in the design, testing, and implementation of new project management-based processes, policies, and practices.
