He has provided leadership for highly effective and dedicated teams in the Electric Utility Industry, at both Utility and ISO/RTO levels, as well as serving as a business consultant. Focus on Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Incident and Emergency Management, Real-time Operational Excellence, and Market Operations.  He also partnered with Stakeholders, Industry, and Regulatory leaders to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the Power Grid.
