Rian Sackett
Mr. Sackett is a professional engineer with more than 10 years of experience in power system operations, NERC compliance, and operational design and analysis. He has led teams to deliver large-scale projects that enhance grid reliability and drive operational efficiency. He has designed and implemented operational processes that leverage Energy Management Systems to solve power system and market challenges. He brings experience in joint operations and projects with WECC balancing authorities, the Western Power Pool, RC West, the U.S. Army Corps, the National Laboratories, and Generation Operators. Mr. Sackett has a collaborative work style and is comfortable engaging in technical and persuasive communication with regulatory bodies such as NERC and FERC.
