Mrs. Haynes has 11+ years of experience in energy markets including physical power trading and scheduling. She led many projects, system implementations, and testing during her tenure in the industry. Her knowledge spans across various OATI products including WebSmartTag, WebSmartOASIS, WebTrader, WebSweep, and WebCalc as well as Hartigen PowerOptix. Renee has led training initiatives in a variety of topics and specialties to both marketing and utility employees. She specialized in creating training protocols, process documents, videos, and presentations. She has worked in SERC, FRCC, PJM, SPP, WEIS/WECC, and MISO energy markets.
