He has experience with Transmission and Distribution projects in the regulated and deregulated energy industry, with a focus on SCADA, Energy Management Systems (EMS), Generation Management Systems (GMS), and Distribution Management Systems (DMS) implementations. His expertise is with the OSI Monarch system and spans all phases of system deployments.
