Matthew Mullin

Mr. Mullin has over 30 years of experience in the utility industry, is focused on program and project management, and is supported by a strong understanding of how the electric utility industry operates.   Recently, he has focused on the implementation of Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) projects. Before that, he served as a senior manager at an ISO (independent system operator), with various portfolio, program, and project management responsibilities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mullin worked as a consultant to utility companies on systems and processes supporting generation, grid, and competitive energy markets.
