Mary Ann Steinlicht
Ms. Steinlicht is a results-oriented professional with an advanced Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree and 25+ years of experience in business and organizational development consulting. She has experience leading organizational change projects and the ability to establish relationships and credibility with employees at all levels quickly. Ms. Steinlicht is a Prosci Certified Change Practioner with ten years of experience in the Utility industry implementing large-scale change initiatives in Generation and Customer Operations for systems such as Oracle's Customer Care Billing and Maximo.
Ms. Steinlicht started her career at Accenture as a change management consultant and moved to a leadership position in the Human Performance practice. Since then, she has held internal and external organizational effectiveness and change management consulting positions with Sprint Nextel, H&R Block, KCP&L, and Evergy.
