Mary Ann Steinlicht
Ms. Steinlicht is a results-oriented professional with an advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and 25+ years of experience in business and organizational development consulting. She has experience leading organizational change projects and quickly establishing relationships and credibility with employees at all levels. Ms. Steinlicht is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with ten years of experience in the Utility industry, implementing large-scale change initiatives in Generation and Customer Operations for systems such as Oracle's Customer Care Billing and Maximo.
Ms. Steinlicht began her career at Accenture as a change management consultant and later moved into a leadership role in the Human Performance practice. Since then, she has held internal and external consulting positions in organizational effectiveness and change management with Sprint Nextel, H&R Block, KCP&L, and Evergy.
