Mr. Cardoza is experienced in Operations and Energy Markets in the Pacific Northwest and WECC, including Power Operations, Utility Operations, Power Trading, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Energy Trading and Risk Management Systems (ETRM). He has worked as a Lineworker, Troubleshooter, Real-Time Trader, and Supervisor for a large Public Utility. Mr. Cardoza has experience in Contract Negotiations, Project Implementation, Budgets, and Regulatory Support. He has worked for multiple utilities in both California and Oregon.
