Mr. Maxwell is a seasoned utility industry management and information technology consultant with experience in all aspects of the electric utility industry including wholesale energy deregulation, ISO/RTO seams issues, energy market settlements, energy market pricing, market monitoring, electric utility distribution engineering, NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection, and Generation Interconnection Queue process. He has helped numerous ISO/RTO and utility clients throughout the US achieve their goals as a subject matter expert, business analyst, and project manager.
