Mr. Earley is an engineer skilled in energy systems analysis across multiple domains, including power system operations, transmission, and markets, as well as advanced modeling and analysis of carbon impacts, energy consumption patterns, and integration of distributed energy resources. His expertise includes financial and emissions evaluation of energy storage and distributed resource applications, and development of operational procedures and validation of market enhancement projects. His graduate research focused on energy storage valuation in CAISO markets, including NGR, PDR, and DER models. He demonstrates adaptability through self-directed learning of new software tools and responsiveness to evolving codes, project constraints, and client needs.
