She has worked at MISO for 22 years, leading various energy market enhancement projects, including functional design, requirement gathering, software design, software testing, Operator Training, and final production implementation. She has extensive, in-depth knowledge of ISO Markets and EMS applications, including economic dispatch, Unit Commitment, FTR/CRR, Market Settlement, AC power flow, State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, and production cost modeling.
