Mr. Schaffroth has worked in the electric utility industry for 20+ years. His areas of expertise include grid operations and scheduling.  John California Independent System Operator Western Energy Imbalance Market. His other job knowledge includes various market integrations and electric utility operations functions. Mr. Schaffroth has chaired workgroups and task forces.  John has been a board member for organizations throughout the Western Interconnection. He is a subject matter expert on e-tagging scheduling systems, operations, and security-constrained economic dispatch in the West.
