Mr. Phelps has 15+ years of experience in the electric industry. He is an expert in Operations Engineering, EMS Engineering, Outage Management Systems, Operator Training, and Markets in the Western and Eastern Interconnections. He has extensive experience in System Operations in a stand-alone Balancing Authority Area as well as within an LMP Market. Mr. Phelps has provided subject matter expertise on multiple GE e-terra platform EMS upgrade and replacement projects for several regional transmission operators, market operators, and balancing authorities.
