Jessica Tucker
Ms. Tucker has 25 years of experience in power marketing and fuel operations, with much of her time in power marketing focused on the SPP Energy Imbalance Service Market and the SPP Integrated Marketplace. In addition to her operations experience, she has been extensively involved in regulatory proceedings, including rate cases and fuel clause prudence reviews, as well as various compliance proceedings, including NERC 693 and FERC audits. Ms. Tucker has also provided written and/or verbal testimony for regulatory and commercial arbitration/litigation purposes.
