Jessica Tucker
Ms. Tucker has 25 years of experience in power marketing and fuel operations, with much of her time in power marketing focused on participation in the SPP Energy Imbalance Service Market or the SPP Integrated Marketplace. In addition to her operations experience, she has been extensively involved in regulatory proceedings, including rate cases and fuel clause prudence reviews, as well as various compliance proceedings, including NERC 693 and FERC audits. Ms. Tucker has also been responsible for providing written and/or verbal testimony for both regulatory and commercial arbitration/litigation purposes.
