He has experience managing projects in the Transmission/Distribution Operations and ISO/RTO markets including CAISO EIM and SPP Integrated Marketplace. Elie has delivered system implementations, lead integration, assessments, and gap analysis efforts, as well as compliance and market readiness projects. In addition to consulting, he has several years of experience in software development, life cycle management, and product management.
