He has experience managing projects in the Transmission/Distribution Operations and ISO/RTO markets, including CAISO EIM and SPP Integrated Marketplace. Elie has delivered system implementations, led integration, assessment, and gap analysis efforts, and managed compliance and market-readiness projects.
