Duane Helderlein
Mr. Helderlein has over 29 years of well-rounded experience in the electric utility industry, which includes energy marketing and generation dispatch management, business development and contract negotiation related to OATT, NITSA, and PTP transmission service agreements, Federal firm electric service contracts, WSPP purchase and sales transactions, natural gas counterparty agreements through NAESB and ISDA, and held various member roles in WECC and WSPP industry committees. In addition, he has experience in project management, budgeting and forecasting, transmission rate case settlement, training, and developing technical and operating procedures.
