He specializes in improving energy market software, energy management software, financial transmission rights, optimizing traditional and renewable generation, and scheduling distributed energy resources (DER). This reduces costs and emissions, reduces transmission congestion, and improves reliability. Experience in energy and transmission settlement formulation and configuration, technical design and documentation, software integration and testing, simulation, and analysis.
