Charles (CJ) Biddle
Mr. Biddle is a highly technical, energetic, and positive-thinking energy industry consultant with nearly fifteen years' experience in the energy industry. He has experience in all aspects of project implementation, from initiation to close out. CJ has worked with multiple large utilities to design, develop, integrate and support their joining of the CAISO Energy Imbalance Market (EIM). In addition, he has worked as the lead Solutions Engineer for multiple market initiatives including, CAISO Joint Owned Units (JOU) Pilot, CAISO Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resources initiatives, CAISO Hybrid Resource initiative and is currently working with multiple utilities on the Day-Ahead market initiatives for CAISO (EDAM) and SPP (Markets+). CJ is fearless, motivated, and adaptable, able to understand and solve highly technical problems while bridging the gap between business users and technical engineers to deliver solutions that truly benefit the customers.
