Bethany Rolan is a strategy and operations leader with over 7 years of experience at McKinsey & Company. As an external consultant, Bethany held analyst, associate, and engagement manager roles serving 10+ clients across strategic topics. Then, as an internal consultant, Ms. Rolan led several initiatives to design and transform processes and organizational structures for McKinsey & Company, the world's largest consultancy. Bethany specializes in change management, organizational design, and process optimization for large-scale enterprises. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and bachelor's degrees in Supply Chain Management and Economics, she combines an understanding of advanced analytics with a proven ability to create organizational change and lead cross-functional teams.
