Archer has a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. With over 20 years in the energy industry across various roles, Archer has experience preparing for market go-live, providing tools for market participation, and analyzing market results. They have familiarity with ISOs in North America and extensive knowledge of SPP, SPPWEIS, and MISO. Archer also has experience with Energy Management Systems, Distribution Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems, and meter interrogation software.

Having a background in software development, Archer can communicate effectively with both users and operators, as well as with technical personnel.
