Andrew Goodwin

Mr. Goodwin is a problem-solving professional with years of experience serving the needs of mid- to large-sized corporations and utilities. Early on, Mr. Goodwin was involved in the PNW Regional Dialogue program to overhaul the core generation and operations systems serving the wholesale generation needs of the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Goodwin has created an automated generation planning system and business-rule engine for the Power Business Line. Subsequent responsibilities included a project to replace an aging Hydro Simulation and Optimization system with a more modern data platform and a set of generation modeling tools. He also worked on developing a repeatable business and solution architecture methodology for both the Transmission and Power Business lines.  Most recently, Mr. Goodwin has collaborated with both organized market participants and ISOs to facilitate meeting mandates, entering organized markets, and modeling their future state.
