Allison Abell
Ms. Abell is an Organizational Transformation expert with significant experience enabling utilities to successfully implement smart-grid technologies, including ADMS, FLISR, VVO/CVR, and OMS. She draws on more than 20 years of consulting and project management experience to drive technology adoption using a variety of approaches, including stakeholder engagement, organizational design, leader alignment, creative and precise messaging, learner-centered training, manager up-skilling, and strategic team-building. Ms. Abell has presented her work at DistribuTECH2023 and the Utility Change Conference 2022.
