Allison Abell
Ms. Abell draws on more than 20 years of consulting and management experience to help utilities successfully plan and implement smart-grid initiatives. Recent projects include: Department of Energy grant management, compliance, and budgeting; AMI 2.0 Planning; ADMS; Control Center re-design; FLISR; VVO/CVR; and OMS. Using a blend of analytical approaches and organizational transformation expertise, she helps utilities drive technology adoption using a variety of approaches including stakeholder engagement, organizational design, leader alignment, creative and precise messaging, learner-centered training, manager upskilling, and strategic team building. Ms. Abell has presented her work at DistribuTECH2023 and the Utility Change Conference 2022.
