Allan Hopkins
Mr. Hopkins is a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the utility industry. His responsibilities have included managing and delivering a range of projects for various clients. He has managed teams on multi-year programs to help clients implement software systems (cloud-based and on-premises), including CIS/CCB, ETRM, OMS, Asset Optimization, EMS/GMS/SCADA, ISO Trading/Scheduling/Settlements, PRSC, and EESC. His experience also includes managing Clients joining several different Power markets, including starting a Trading & Mid-Office group, Front-to-Back Bus process, IT support team setup and processes, and developing IT roadmaps/strategies. He is a tenured project manager responsible for planning, designing, testing, and implementing IT systems for Energy companies, using both waterfall and Agile methods, both domestically and internationally, with PMP, CSM, and ITIL v3 certifications.
