Tom is an IT professional with over 35 years of experience in Leadership, Project and Program Management, and Strategic Planning within the Utilities and Energy industries. Tom has recently been a consultant leading Asset and Work Management assessments and project deliveries—additional past expertise as head of IT for a $1B international start-up Nuclear joint venture. At a major U.S. energy company, Tom was the Transition Lead for an $85M Program to consolidate Finance, Work Management, Supply Chain, and HR / Payroll systems. Tom is a seasoned leader focused on creating positive and collaborative working environments that lead to sustainable, high-performance teams delivering superior results.
