Brenda Lee
Ms. Lee has close to 25 years of experience in the energy industry, with expertise in wholesale and retail energy markets in California, Ontario, the Midwest, and the Southwest. Ms. Lee has worked extensively with ISOs in California, the Midwest, and the Southwest on activities that supported the launch of major markets and FERC-mandated initiatives. Recently, Ms. Lee has worked with several large utilities, leading change management efforts for ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) implementations, including program/engagement management, business requirements, business process definition, system implementation, testing, training, and organizational readiness. Ms. Lee conducts ideation sessions, leads workshops, and synthesizes stakeholder feedback across various lines of business to develop an accurate, holistic view of the impending impacts and to formulate successful change frameworks.
