Cost/Benefit
Analysis
We understand that an Employee Trial Program prior to permanent
employment is a significant change to today's hiring practices.
However, we also understand the risks associated with a poor
hiring decision. Eliminating
a poorly performing employee is a difficult, costly, and time-consuming
task. ETP will allow you to avoid this risk, without paying
the high costs associated with traditional payroll outsourcing
services.
