Referral
Rewards. At Utilicast, We believe the best way to
grow our business is by reaching out to the friends and
colleagues of our professionals. That is why each one
of our dedicated professionals is also our business partner.
For each referral you bring to Utilicast, you will a own
a share of the profit. If you identify a candidate, you
will receive 25% of the profit that results from placing
the candidate. Similarly, if you identify a position and
we place a candidate, you also receive 25% of the profit.
If you can do both, you will receive 50% of the profits
generated by the new position. |

With Utilicast, you are immediately eligible to start
saving towards your retirement. Our 401k, managed by Oppenheimer
Funds, allows you to structure your plan according to
your personal investment goals. You can also make changes
to your plan online or by telephone. Your contributions
will be made on a pretax basis, and contributions and
earnings grow tax-deferred until withdrawn. Moreover,
as a plan participant you will have access to our qualified
